I joined Wisconsin Singers my freshman year in Madison. Not only did singers help me find my niche in a campus of over 40,000 students, but it taught me valuable life skills you can't get from a classroom. I learned the value of professionalism, teamwork, leadership and timeliness... all skills I use today in my career as an engineer. And of course, the scholarship was an added bonus!
