The Wisconsin Singers’ 41st edition takes the stage with Let Us Entertain You! featuring UW Madison’s most talented collegiate singers, dancers, and instrumentalists performing an enthusiastic song and dance revue. “Broadway Showstoppers” will take you on a journey through the past forty years of American theater while the “Live in Concert” medley features popular music artists from Frank Sinatra to the Beatles, from Tina Turner to Christina Aguilera. “Dance Dance Revolution” includes an amusing look at different dance styles from the last four decades and as always, the renowned Singers band is featured throughout the evening with their special blend of big band sound and choreographed movement. Showcasing an unforgettable combination of powerful vocals? dynamic dance and sensational instruments, the Wisconsin Singers’ show provides entertainment? laughter? and excitement for the whole family.
The nation’s premiere collegiate performance group, the Wisconsin Singers entertains more than 50,000 people throughout the nation each year with a high-energy show featuring professional choreography and musical arrangements. Singers is the UW’s most exciting opportunity for students who love to perform and offers leadership and “real world” experience for students interested in extending their education outside the classroom.
