Why Erin Chose Her Major: "Working with numbers has always appealed to me (who doesn't love never-ending Excel spreadsheets???), but it was not until recently that I realized just how excited I am to start my career. From bonding with coworkers over long nights at work, to touring fascinating client sites, to networking with diverse people from around the world, accountants have the opportunity to learn and experience so much, even in their first year at a firm!"

Favorite Things: Reading books, watching movies, listening to music, singing anything and everything with my sister, laughing through game nights with friends

Dislikes: Not getting enough sleep, waking up before 8:00 am, enduring Wisconsin winters

Favorite Place In Erin's Home-State: Wisconsin Dells with my family

Favorite Place on Campus: Memorial Union Terrace

One Word That Describes Erin's Personality: Conscientious

Favorite Color: Azure

When Erin was a kid, she wanted to be a: Music Teacher

Favorite Music Groups/Acts: Kelly Clarkson, Tori Kelly, Pentatonix, P!nk, Demi Lovato, Disney songs, Broadway musicals, choral songs... Basically anything I can belt out, harmonize to, and connect with.

If Erin had a free night to do whatever she wanted, she would: "Have a game night with family or friends that would soon deteriorate into uncontrollable laughter. Afterward, we would watch a musical or a Disney movie, belt out all the songs, and eat a bunch of snacks."

Hero/Heroine: "My mom - She is the most caring, hardworking, talented person I know. Between going to work, making meals, and never complaining when I bring my laundry home, she always has time to help with homework, play Christmas carols or Broadway songs on the piano, and cheer us up with chocolate. She constantly puts others before herself, and she is always ready to whip up a batch of her famous chocolate chip cookies."

Goals as a Wisconsin Singer: "To make my third and final year with Wisconsin Singers the best one yet. I want to deepen friendships with troupe members, work to promote fantastic shows, and make memories that will last a lifetime. At the end of the year, I want to leave knowing I made a difference. Wisconsin Singers has helped me become a better professional and a better person, and I hope I can continue to pursue my passions for music and service no matter where life takes me."
