Why Zach Chose His Major: "I love the education system and love teaching people, and my educators have played such an integral role in helping me get to where I am today. I want to be either a teacher or work somewhere in the education field and improve the schooling system and help the next generations of kids to learn."
Favorite Things: "Watching lots of movies, reading, Baseball, Spaghetti, hanging at the Terrace with my friends, Game of Thrones, Harry Potter."
Dislikes: "Not a ton. When a driver knows they're supposed to get over a lane and drives past everyone and waits until the last moment and expects you to let them in??????"
Favorite Place In Zach's Home-State: "I love downtown Milwaukee. Walking along the lake, hanging out in the Third Ward, exploring the city area, or just finding a festival or special event to do. There's so many options and it's really beautiful in the city and on the lake."
Favorite Place on Campus: The outside patio at the Education Building
One Word That Describes Zach's Personality: Positive
Favorite Color: Blue
When Zach was a kid, he wanted to be a: Marine Biologist
Favorite Music Groups/Acts: "I like all genres. A few of my favorite artists are Coldplay, Ben Rector, Keith Urban, and the entire cast of Hamilton."
If Zach had a free night to do whatever he wanted, he would: "Probably hang out with my friends for a while doing something musical (singing, listening to music, going to a concert/performance, etc) and then come back somewhere and watch a movie before bed."
Hero/Heroine: "I don't necessarily have a single hero/heroine. Most all of the adults in my life (especially my parents and teachers) have instilled really amazing values and lessons in me throughout my childhood, but there's not just one person for me."
Goals as a Wisconsin Singer: "I want to help the high school/middle school students we meet grow musically and get excited about college and the UW. I also want to balance my academics with Singers and excel in both tracks."
